Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Profisee Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining our Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) solution. You will work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and other IT professionals to ensure data integrity and enhance data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Configuration:
- Design, develop, and configure Profisee MDM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Implement MDM best practices and standards.
Data Integration:
- Integrate Profisee with various data sources and targets.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Data Quality and Governance:
- Ensure data quality by developing and implementing data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
- Collaborate with data stewards to define and enforce data governance policies.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Profisee MDM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM processes and data.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for MDM processes and solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Profisee MDM platform.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
- Experience with data integration tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Analytical Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify data quality issues.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience working with MDM solutions, preferably Profisee.
- Experience in data management, data quality, and data governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Profisee or other MDM platforms.
- Experience in the [specific industry, if applicable].
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management solutions.
