Master Data Management Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our master data management (MDM) solution using Profisee. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data governance principles, and data integration techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Profisee MDM solution, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define master data domains, hierarchies, and data models aligned with business objectives and data governance principles.
- Develop and implement data quality rules, validation processes, and workflows to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee data integration efforts, including ETL processes and real-time data synchronization, to ensure seamless data flow between systems and data sources.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the MDM team, assisting with complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed.
- Drive user adoption and provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of the Profisee MDM solution.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in MDM and data management technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to our MDM strategy and solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in master data management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Profisee MDM.
- Proven track record of successfully leading MDM projects from inception to completion, including solution design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing complex data models for master data entities.
- Expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and other relevant technologies used in MDM implementations.
- Profisee certification(s) preferred.
