Desktop Support Analyst

Job Description:

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems

• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Install and support end-user software applications

• Assist in the setup and operation of audio and video equipment for a wide variety of meetings and conferences

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network printers

• Create and manage user accounts using Active Directory

• Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution

• Utilize Microsoft technologies such as Exchange and SCCM for support and troubleshooting

• Work collaboratively with another person, utilizing available resources and escalating issues when necessary.


Required:

1. Direct hands-on experience working with employees

2. Office 365 or Microsoft Exchange (Email) experience

3. Experience installing network printers

4. Active Directory knowledge
