  • Lead the planning, organization, and design implementation across engineering disciplines to ensure projects meet standards and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Identify and address critical technical challenges and risks, providing necessary resources to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage project engineering processes directly, overseeing objectives and activities to streamline design, execution strategies, and support approaches.
  • Assess resource requirements for specific projects and prepare corresponding statements of work as needed.
  • Design and deploy cellular and RF communication networks for SCADA systems and RTUs.
  • Develop software databases for automation projects and create PLC-based programs for control and data collection.
  • Collaborate with graphics teams and customers to produce required graphic screens.
  • Create control system circuits to meet automated control, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Specify hardware components for designs to meet project specifications.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and prepare O&M Manuals as required.
  • Support training and onboarding of new Automation Engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
