Responsibilities

  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from exiting accounts
  • utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting, progress
  • collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage accounts effectively, maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Build your own book of business

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision making processes
  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Familiarity with software tools related to sales management and reporting is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
