Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Marketing Manager at Balencia . As a Sales/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate with our team to create engaging marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth. Your role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales metrics, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

$45k-$60K, + Commission

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation
  • Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
