Clarence Capital Partners, located in Delray Beach, Florida, is seeking a focused, smart, and industrious junior accountant to join our growing team. 

We are a real asset investment firm with a focus on active investment and management across the energy, power, and infrastructure markets in the U.S. and Europe.

As a junior accountant, you’ll provide vital support to the Controller to help streamline the company's financial processes, as well as support managers across teams. You’ll receive a competitive compensation and benefits package and the chance to work with passionate, like-minded people. Junior Accountant Duties and Responsibilities

·         Maintain accurate ledger; record and document company financial transactions·         Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records·         Update vendor information and maintain accurate records·         Keep updated budgets and handle invoices and accounts payable for certain entities·         Prepare and present regular reports about company finances·         Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed·         Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities·         Utilize GL system to maintain up-to-date recordkeeping of financial information·         Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters·         Various other ad hoc projects, as needed

Junior Accountant Requirements and Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or business·         At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance·         Professional accreditation (CPA or CMA) a plus·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks·         Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to company accounts·         Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy·         Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision·         Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize·         Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills·         Excellent communication skills·         Reliably commute to Delray Beach, FL
