Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

- Manage the corporate calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Provide excellent customer support to clients, vendors, and employees

- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties


Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficient in calendar management and office software applications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
