As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. 


Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Agent at Valor Capital, you will play a critical role in selling our luxury new construction condominiums. Working within a team of 2-3 agents, you will ensure our sales gallery is attended 7 days a week, providing exceptional service to prospective buyers. You will have the opportunity to sell from our sales gallery and, as construction progresses, directly from the job site. 

While we provide outstanding marketing materials, promotional assets, events, and paid social media campaigns to generate leads, the ideal candidate will also be proactive in leveraging their network and experience to create their own leads. This role offers a starting base salary of $40k plus commissions, with the potential to earn $100k+ in your first year, with no cap on earnings. .


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Convert prospects into clients and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. 
  • Qualify opportunities, develop pre-call plans, and execute effective sales strategies. 
  • Engage with multiple key decision-makers, guiding them through the sales process. 
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and overcome objections. 
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Deliver exceptional verbal communication and presentations, both in-person and remotely. 
  • Manage time effectively, balancing individual responsibilities with team collaboration. 
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. 
  • Occasionally travel to attend sales events, exhibits, and other promotional activities. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record in luxury condo sales, with at least 1 year of onsite experience preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales required. 
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into closed sales, achieving or exceeding quotas. 
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. 
  • High level of integrity and a strong work ethic. 
  • Proficiency in basic calculations and mathematical figures. 
  • Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. 
  • Must hold a valid Real Estate License. 


Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Weekends as required 

Work Environment: 

  • Sales gallery and job site as building progresses. 
  • This is an onsite position with no remote work option. 

Typical Start Time: 9 AM 

Typical End Time: 6 PM 


Compensation: 

  • Base Salary: $40,000 
  • Commission: Uncapped, potential to earn $100,000+ in the first year
