Position Overview:

As the Classic Home Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategies that drive our business forward. You will lead a team of passionate marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive marketing campaign briefs, overseeing the implementation of various marketing initiatives, and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget tracking, monitor and track marketing budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets.

2. Campaign brief tracking, managing and tracking social media and email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and performance analysis. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.

3. Content development- manage relevant content development with the team.

4. Corporate Sales Events, assist in the planning and execution of corporate sales events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

5. Team leadership- lead and mentor the team, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

6. Print Collateral Sales support, and ensure the Sales Team follows proper procedure and protocol. Ensure the Sales Team is outfitted with proper collateral that is representative of the company’s branding.

7. Work collaboratively with the Sr. Manager on all branding campaigns for all organizational divisions. Execution of all said branding campaigns is completed.

8. Work collaboratively with the PR Manager regarding all trade events to ensure representation of catering and everything encompassing PR is properly represented in the brand identity of the company and falls within budgetary restraints.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

· 5+ years’ experience in marketing with a progressive increase in responsibilities and leadership roles such as management of multiple associates, delegating team responsibilities, and ensuring collaboration.

· Proven track record for campaign briefing, driving sales through e-mail marketing and collaborating with cross-functional departments for optimal success.
