Our company is looking for someone to join its growing Marketing and Sales team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level brands, helping them achieve their marketing goals and brand initiatives. The Entry Level Marketing Manager job would be helping use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries.

Each Entry Level Marketing Manager gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. If you are looking for interpersonal work, exciting problem-solving, business development, and client evolution, the Marketing Manager position is for you
 

Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to determine the potential of products and services
  • Perform analysis of sales and marketing services
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns
  • Market and sell new products and services
  • Compile and present data for other departments

Entry Level Marketing Manager Skills & Must-Haves:

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills and able to multi-task.
  • Effectively balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-confident and outgoing personality.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase the visibility of the organization
