Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Davison Insurance Group located in Wesley Chapel, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing clients with Health Quotes and Enrollments, handling phone calls, composing and sending out client and prospective client emails, organizing and maintaining files, maintaining excel spreadsheets, speaking with clients, insurance companies and doctor's offices and performing other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
