**DUTIES**
The Officer II (Dispatch) position is responsible for interacting with team members entering the loading dock area, dispatching calls for service, equipment check-in and check-out, various tracking and administrative duties. This position is primarily days but candidates must have shift availability including weekends and holidays.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Candidate must have extensive customer service background, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to use a two-way radio, and the ability to multi-task.
