  • Targeted, personalized ads to people to attract them, going to events
  • Create flyers, marketing materials, graphics, cards, etc


Social Media/Web Presence:

  • Social media, ads, promos, content. Create content, actively manage the social media sites and create/post ads.
  • Develop media buying strategies
  • Track, analyze, manage all campaigns for target audience
  • Manage company’s website and web presence
  • Social media advertising
  • SEO


Key Metrics:

  • Net new client rate
  • Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
  • Cost-Per- Lead (CPL)


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with grass roots style business development and community relations/outreach
  • Savvy with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with creating social media content such as ads/posts
  • Experience handling targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience building out brand awareness and company website
  • Experience handling event marketing
  • Experience with SEO is a plus
  • Needs to be a self-starter & entrepreneurial


Compensation: $100K salary + bonus (up to 20%) and benefits package
