Job Summary:

The Communication and Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of communication and marketing strategies to promote the club's services, events, and activities. This role requires a creative and organized individual with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging content, has a keen eye for design, and is familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
 
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Develop engaging and informative content that highlights club events, activities, and member benefits.
 Social Media Management:
 
  • Manage the club’s social media accounts by posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos to support social media content.
 Event Promotion:
 
  • Support the marketing and promotion of club events, including the development of promotional materials, email campaigns, and event listings.
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to ensure seamless communication and promotion of upcoming events.
 Member Communications:
 
  • Assist in drafting and sending out member communications, including newsletters, updates, and special announcements.
  • Maintain the member communication calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
 Website Management:
 
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the club’s website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Work with external vendors to troubleshoot any website issues and implement improvements.
 Marketing Analytics:
 
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
 Administrative Support:
 
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communication materials.
