Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in office or field construction roles on projects similar in nature and size. Proficiency in MS-based software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet, is essential. Certifications such as ICC, ACI, ASNT, AWS, and NICET are nice to have but optional. Relocation is offered to those who are not local.


  • Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owner representatives. Conduct inspections with trade partners to ensure checklist accuracy before and after inspections.
  • Understand construction processes, including testing protocols, soil and concrete testing, asphalt paving, structural steel, and general construction observations.
  • Ensure project QC documentation is complete and procedures are followed to mitigate project risks.
  • Read and understand construction plans and specifications, identifying errors or redundancies for resolution.
  • Manage equipment tracking tools by updating inspection statuses and project workflows.
  • Conduct quality and office/field meetings, review deficiencies, and punch lists, and provide documentation and meeting minutes.
