I am currently collaborating with a top-tier law firm renowned for its large, well-established Asset Management team located in Boston. This team provides expert advice to premier clients across various industries, including asset managers, financial services firms, and investment funds, on registration and marketing issues, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
This position is ideal for professionals experienced in advising asset managers on various types of funds, seeking a role that offers excellent progression opportunities and a clear path to partnership. Preferably, you are currently at a large law firm or working in-house and looking to transition back into Big Law.
