Job Overview

The Treasury Manager will oversee the company's cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, exceptional financial acumen, and a deep understanding of financial principles within the technology sector.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and optimize the company's cash position by forecasting cash flows, monitoring daily cash balances, and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investment firms. Negotiate and manage banking agreements to secure favorable terms and services.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to maintain accurate cash flow forecasting models to support budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
• Oversee the company's debt portfolio, including term loans, lines of credit, and other financing arrangements. Optimize debt structures and manage debt compliance.
• Identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enforce treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, liquidity positions, and financial risk management for senior management and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Interface with Francisco Partners and members of the executive team to prepare board and investor materials.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and related GAAP accounting rules
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business required.
• 5-10+ years of experience in finance and treasury operations with a track record of increased responsibilities
