You must be local to the Orlando, FL area. No C2C or Sponsorship options are available.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, build, and maintain web pages and applications for current and future sites.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Technology, Brand, and Business Development teams to execute requests.
  • Manage daily tasks, identifying potential challenges early.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of operational requests, from requirements gathering to launch.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for content development and releases.
  • Seek and implement technical solutions to improve request execution efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Digital Design UI/UX, or Marketing preferred; or significant work experience in Digital Marketing, Authoring, or Web Development.
  • 2+ years of Ecommerce or online marketing experience in a global operation or large consumer brand.
  • Exposure to call center, customer service, or operational responsibilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially AEM.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with JSON, API, and JS languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira.
  • Ability to manage and estimate project timelines and costs.
  • Experience with FTP, developer and debugging tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements.
  • SEO expertise or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus.


Additional Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar and the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects at different stages and budgets.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to hold others accountable for project milestones.
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
