Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with commercial clients in the construction industry.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
  • Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including installation and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships within the industry.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or flooring industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including key players, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
