Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with commercial clients in the construction industry.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
- Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and comprehensive solutions.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including installation and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships within the industry.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or flooring industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, including key players, processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
