Job Duties:

* Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations, while managing the process through the HRIS Talent Acquisition module.

* Oversee onboarding, orientation, and HRIS administration, including troubleshooting and employee performance reviews.

* Assist with union contract interpretation and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal workplace regulations.

* Manage company communications, including the weekly newsletter, and coordinate employee events and community involvement.

* Administer the apprenticeship program, compliance reporting (EEO-1, VETS-4212, Affirmative Action), and ISO 9001 standards related to employee training.

* Provide administrative support for employee training, employee relations, and front desk coverage as needed.

* Support the Director of HR with various projects and assist with employment verifications, badging, and fitness center management.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 3-5+ years of experience in HR and Recruiting

* Experience in Paycom is a plus

* Familiarity with union contracts is a plus


Additional Info:

* Pay range: $70k-$90k + BONUS

* Schedule: M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

* Location: 100% In Office (St. Paul, MN)
