  • Certification: A+ Certification preferred or ability to obtain within the first 6 weeks of employment.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products.
  • Personable: Ability to build rapport and relate to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during interactions.
