As an Associate Editor, you will be a key player in shaping our editorial content, crafting compelling articles that help our audience navigate the complexities of the markets and the world around them. Your work will be instrumental in driving our business forward, as you collaborate with our analysts, copywriters, and marketers to identify and capitalize on the most promising opportunities for our audience. You need to be able to own the process from beginning to end.

To excel in this role, you must be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of delivering results. Your exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously will be essential to your success. We are looking for a candidate who can think strategically, act decisively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities to ensure that every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Writing high-impact articles for our e-letters and paid products that engage and inform our audience.

• Collaborating with Analysts and Copy Writers to produce compelling sales letter fulfillment that drives conversions.

• Overseeing content production for multiple newsletters, tracking product performance, ensuring writers meet deadlines, and coordinating with design and video teams to deliver top-quality issues, videos, and reports.

• Enhancing our customer experience by continuously updating and optimizing welcome materials, reports, and other resources.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional interpersonal, reading, writing, editing and (over)communication skills via slack and in person
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong time-management skills
• An interest in the financial markets and investing
• Are independent thinkers and can critically think to problem solve
• Are flexible to complete other duties as assigned
