LHH is currently hiring for an HR Assistant for a great client in the Baltimore area. The HR Assistant will be in control of a wide variety of tasks, including owning a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.


This role only requires 2 day in the office a week


HR Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to a growing team
  • Assist with recruitment efforts
  • Onboarding and orientation
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support a wide range of administrative related tasks
  • Event planning and logistics
  • Process new hire information


Qualifications:

  • Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
  • Expert level interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
