Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Account Executive with experience in the staffing industry to join our team in Omaha (or remotely for the right person). In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving new opportunities, managing top-tier client accounts, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. You will use various channels to create business opportunities, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and work closely with our internal teams to deliver an unmatched hiring experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Proactively identify and generate new business through sales calls, marketing campaigns, social outreach, and networking.
- Present Loophire’s solutions in compelling demos and proposals, customized to address each client's unique needs.
- Effectively communicate Loophire’s value to address client concerns and close sales.
- Build a robust pipeline through marketing leads, client referrals, and executive connections.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the sales cycle to convert them into long-term clients.
Account Management:
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their hiring strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure positive outcomes and long-term retention.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with internal sales, support, and marketing teams to deliver the world-class hiring experience we promise.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM data (Hubspot) to track opportunities and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client needs to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing high-value executive search or recruitment accounts.
- Strong background in business development, with demonstrated success in creating and growing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, working well with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong business advisory skills and ability to offer strategic hiring solutions.
