Construction Contracts Administrator – Savannah, GA


Purpose:


As Contracts Administrator, you will support our construction field operations by ensuring that we have upstream and downstream contract agreements in place to cover our risk as we deliver our projects. Additionally, you will ensure that contract changes are administered appropriately as work is progressed.

Platinum Paving and Concrete, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pave America with a focus on delivering projects through dedicated divisional lines of business which support all aspects of civil construction. Core competencies include clearing, erosion control, grading, utilities, asphalt paving, concrete, and striping/signage.

  • Negotiated contracts with fair terms on every project
  • Accurate administration of change orders to ensure we get paid for additional work we put in place

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in contract administration or contract management
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts
  • Proficiency in redlining contracts and identifying potential risk
  • Ability and knowledge to understand legal terms in contracts
  • Ability to use Bluebeam (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite to perform your job functions
