Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Qualification: Evaluate customer needs and requirements to determine the feasibility and suitability of S3D Sidekick's motion capture technology solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of S3D Sidekick's motion capture technology.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with pricing and profitability objectives.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and service level agreements with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, addressing questions, concerns, and technical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales projections and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to increase awareness and understanding of S3D Sidekick's motion capture technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams for product enhancements and business development strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, marketing, and customer support to address customer needs, drive product improvements, and support overall business objectives.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Represent S3D Sidekick at industry trade shows, conferences, and events, networking with potential customers and partners to promote the company's products and solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and events.
