Hospitality Technology organization seeks an Accounting Associate to join their Team


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial transactions
  • Ensure the company policies and guidelines are followed
  • Manage the Accounts Payable cycle, maintaining vendor information, obtaining invoice approval, proper coding, entering invoices, and preparing disbursements
  • Ensure Expense Reports are accurate and comply with company policy
  • Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Serve as a partner with vendors, responding to account questions
  • Assist in Collections, contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and reconciling accounts
  • Prepare customer documents for external collection agencies
  • Collaborate with Controller assisting in month-end closing
  • Perform other duties as requested by management


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP Concur is a plus
