Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct audits and inspections of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping of quality assurance activities are accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and requirements.
- Assist with customer complaints and investigations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience conducting audits and inspections.
- Proven track record of implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Certification in quality assurance is a plus.
