Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes, perform audits and inspections, and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures across the organization.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation and record-keeping of quality assurance activities are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and requirements.
  • Assist with customer complaints and investigations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience conducting audits and inspections.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Certification in quality assurance is a plus.
