Digital Marketing Analyst

Our client is a well-established Internet Service Provider (ISP) company offering a range of connectivity solutions spanning from the residential to enterprise levels. They utilize a variety of innovative fiber and splicing technologies to remain on the cutting-edge of their industry. As the company continues to evolve in the rapidly changing ISP industry, they are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst.

As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting our efforts to drive demand and conversions, optimize campaigns, and measure results for our array of technology solutions, with a focus on Internet service. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and contributing insights that enhance our marketing strategies.

Focus:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within our demand generation initiatives. Provide data visualizations and summaries.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity to support marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the VP of Marketing.
  • Audience Insights: Contribute to the identification and profiling of target customer personas to enhance campaign targeting and personalization.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with internal marketing team and external resources/partners to optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights.
  • Omnichannel Demand Generation: In collaboration with internal and external partners, develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that increase awareness, demand, and conversions across a variety of marketing tactics, with a focus on digital.
  • A/B Testing: Assist in designing and conducting A/B tests to refine and improve marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate on the demand generation budget, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).

Skill Set:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field, or combined relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and programmatic.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certifications preferred, but not required.
  • CRM and marketing automation experience a plus (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time standard business hours, and able to travel to corporate headquarters (Terre Haute, IN) for occasional in-person meetings as needed (up to 1-2 times per month).
  • Experience working in telecom is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
