Indy Ignite - Director of Digital Marketing

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to join our professional volleyball business team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, engage our fans, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive fan engagement, increase brand exposure, and drive ticket sales. Manage all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website, mobile apps, and digital advertising. Create and curate relevant and engaging content for all digital platforms to keep fans informed and excited about our team. Develop and implement a data growth strategy to maximize our reach and our marketing and sponsorship goals Analyze and report on key digital marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams including ticket sales, sponsorship, community engagement and merchandise to ensure alignment of marketing strategies. Collaborate with Game Day operations to deliver the best content and fan experience in our venue Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to remain competitive in the sports industry. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sports industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and digital analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive results. Strong leadership and team management skills. Passion for sports and volleyball is a plus.
