As a Sr. RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automations using UiPath. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certified
• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Proven experience with any of the following UiPath modules:
o Document Understanding
o Process Mining / Task Mining
o Test Suite/Manager
o GenAI
• Solid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, principles, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
