Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

This team is looking for a BA with experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This is a growing area where they are trying to automate processes. The person will ideally have a great personality as goals will be to build relationships within the business team including looking after business unit, be liaison between business and development team. A lot of this role will include building the relationship with customer. Sitting with agents, learning process, building workflow documents, assisting and understanding what needs to happen. Regression testing/understanding testing to help QA testers. Understanding metrics for individual automations. Ensuring automation is running correctly

Responsibilities
  • Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams and business units to question, understand, and provide business process improvements via automation
  • Partner with the process owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
  • Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes
  • Analysts are responsible to identify automation opportunities, define value proposition and re-engineer processes using RPA tools
  • Works with RPA technical team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA projects
  • Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes
  • Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical resources
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes
  • Problem-solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
  • In-depth Knowledge of RPA technologies ,such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or NICE, and of best practices with process automation and operational excellence
  • Good with Processing Mining (including scenario design, flow mapping), Data Analysis & mapping within Business process model.
  • Ability to learn business processes in a quick time and identify potential RPA opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures
  • Understand SDLC and collaborate with various stakeholders during the entire automation journey (process identification, process selection, process prioritization, development, support)
  • Excellent communication skills, Critical thinking skills, Adaptable and Organized.
  • Communicate continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project lifecycle.
  • Self-starter, Motivated to learn new technologies and business processes
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields
