Abrigo is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help in all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives. This person plays an integral role in developing and executing our marketing plans. We are looking for someone who is already fluent in digital marketing best practices and has a knack for evaluating trends and is enthusiastic in generating creative ideas. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will be remote or office-based in either our Austin or Raleigh locations.



What You’ll Do:

  • Act as an optimization specialist for Abrigo’s marketing assets including emails, workflows, landing pages, and website to grow conversions and increase engagement
  • Execute a variety of aspects of our digital media programs with the goal of reaching our target audiences through digital channels (website, SEO/SEM, third-party ad channels, social media, etc)
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to coordinate digital marketing efforts in support of overall marketing plans (e.g. website updates, landing pages, banner ad copy, emails)
  • Launch optimized digital marketing programs through our website, emails, search channels, and social media to build awareness and drive conversions
  • Translate content, product, and segment marketing programs into copy that is compelling and appropriate for variety of digital channels
  • Build end-to-end campaign plans designed to maximize campaign efficacy and drive prospects through all stages of the funnel
  • Be actively involved in SEO/SEM efforts (keywords, images, etc)
  • Support ABM initiatives by finding unique ways to tailor and target content initiatives for highly-targeted segments, and activate programs as needed
  • Implement website personalization in partnership with demand/product marketing teams
  • Develop comprehensive project plans in support of assigned marketing programs
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Acquire insight on trends and propose creative methods to grow and enhance our digital footprint
  • Ensure programs run on-time and on-budget
  • Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist, marketing coordinator, or similar role
  • Experience working in B2B technology
  • Thorough understanding of marketing concepts and analytics
  • Demonstrable experience using marketing automation tools
  • Highly-organized and detail oriented with a knack for completing projects quickly
  • Understanding of best practices, and current on trends, in the world of digital marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools a plus
  • Experience building landing pages, emails, and other digital assets
  • Experience optimizing digital properties (landing pages, emails, etc)
  • Self-starter with strong project planning skills and great attention to detail
