Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, electrical, and mechanical issues with equipment.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware and software operations.
- Stay informed about equipment operations and coffee brewing theory.
- Utilize proprietary software for machine programming.
- Address technical inquiries and conduct post-resolution follow-ups.
- Travel to customer sites to deliver training and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and water flow issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Inventory Management/ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in training individuals and groups in both one-on-one and classroom settings.
