  • Provide comprehensive training to customers on hardware and software operations.
  • Stay informed about equipment operations and coffee brewing theory.
  • Utilize proprietary software for machine programming.
  • Address technical inquiries and conduct post-resolution follow-ups.
  • Travel to customer sites to deliver training and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and water flow issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Inventory Management/ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in training individuals and groups in both one-on-one and classroom settings.
