Evolve Workforce Solutions is looking for a talented mid-level Associate in Orlando, Florida with 3+ years of direct experience in labor and employment law.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Engaging in both labor and employment law matters as well as some general business

litigation.

  • Handling all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Working closely with clients to provide practical legal solutions to complex issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents.


What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with prior litigation experience.
  • Large law firm background preferred.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
