Overview


ENVY, a leader in alternative hair, is dedicated to empowering women and supporting its retail partners’ businesses. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who will manage the overall operations of our warehouse while actively participating in day-to-day tasks, including material handling, shipping, and receiving.


The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse personnel, directing receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations, and ensuring all warehouse processes and equipment run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with the company’s policies.


Job Responsibilities


  • Warehouse Oversight: Manage warehouse personnel to ensure proper attendance, performance, and the timely completion of all required duties. 
  • Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Process and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all customer deliveries are accurate, complete, properly labeled, and made on time as required.
  • Receiving & Inventory Management: Handle incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts. Maintain proper storage and organization for easy access.
  • Hands-on Warehouse Work: Engage in day-to-day tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, manage hazardous materials safely, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with production staff, warehouse associates, and logistics personnel to optimize material flow and operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications


  • High school diploma (some college in business or logistics preferred, but not required)
  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong leadership, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with ERP & WMS systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
