What You’ll be Doing

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Salesforce B2B Commerce Manager is a key member of our Marketing team. This position will create an engaging digital commerce experience using Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Order Management System, Salesforce Communities, and Digital Experience Apps. The B2B e-commerce product Manager will be responsible for enhancing and innovating the solution to align with evolving business and customer requirements.

 

Your end users are Customers and Sales and Operations staff. Business stakeholders include outside agencies, IT, Marketing, Sales, Engineering & Product Management, Operations, and other e-commerce team members.

 

This position is based at our corporate office in Reno and offers the option of working remotely.

 

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

−       Manages the development and building new digital capabilities associated with excellence in customer journey service and maximizing user engagement.

−       Engages end users and stakeholders to build business cases, develop key performance indicators, and launch digital commerce capabilities.

−       Using Product Management and Marketing requirements, enhance search and merchandising capabilities and experiences on the website.

−       In partnership with IT, coordinate systems and solutions throughout the product life cycle from strategic definition through end-of-life planning

−       Works with Digital Adoption Lead, Marketing, and Sales Operations to coordinate the creation of product launch collateral, including training, user documentation, marketing collateral, and demonstrations.

−       Measures and reports the performance and quality of Jensen’s digital commerce solution to leadership, models, and forecasts revenue growth for the channel.

−       Provides market, industry, and competitive expertise and analysis to drive product performance.

−       Coordinates periodic touch bases with front-line Jensen employees and customers to gather feedback and insights. This includes but is not limited to in-person visits to Jensen sites or customer locations, video conferencing, trade shows, or other appropriate methods.

 

Who We’re Looking For

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You don’t take shortcuts and are safety conscious, not just for yourself but also for your team. Key attributes of the ideal candidate:

 

−        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related area

−        3+ years’ experience managing e-commerce in a B2B environment. Those with Salesforce B2B Commerce or OMS experience are preferred.

−        3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Experience, Commerce, etc.)

−        Experience in Salesforce Administrator role (must have experience in Lightning). Those who are certified will be given higher preference.

−        Successfully managed outside consultants, agencies, and contractors and maintained excellent relationships.

−        Experience collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders.

−        Experience using tools like Jira, Wrike, or other project management software.

−        Excellent influencing and communication skills with all levels of the organization.

−       Experience with web solutions such as web analytics, session replay tools, AB Testing, or similar tools.
