Your Role

As a Social Media Manager at our innovative fintech company specializing in selling securities on the blockchain, you will be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and engagement strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic professional with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and a passion for effectively communicating the value of blockchain-based securities within the financial industry.

As a Social Media Manager at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Generate engaging and shareable content for diverse social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
  • Manage and curate the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations.
  • Foster and actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of blockchain and fintech industry trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of online communication.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have 5-10 years of experience in the marketing field and minimum of 5 years as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We’d Love It If You Also Had

  • Experience with securities or blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations related to financial communications on social media.
  • Certifications in social media marketing.
