FP&A Manager Job Duties:

  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Refine the financial framework for the department
  • Forecast various scenarios and strategize for potential outcomes
  • Lead cross-departmental data analytics to inform decisions and outcomes
  • Mentor and lead a small team (1 direct report)
  • Develop new and refine existing financial models
  • Improve systems and tools for performance monitoring, reporting, and operational insights
  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to track initiatives and identify productivity improvements
  • Drive key insights and analytics
  • Manage team processes and deadlines effectively
  • Identify and analyze trends impacting financial and company performance
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with operational leadership


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Over seven years of progressive experience in data analytics, financial analysis, and forecasting/planning
  • Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Experience in BI preferred
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite leadership
  • Experience creating financial frameworks
  • Experience in a private equity setting is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various leadership levels
  • Positive, upbeat personality eager to contribute
