Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Atlanta team. In this role, you will sell our comprehensive advertising services to local businesses, leveraging both print and digital platforms. You will inherit an existing book of business, providing a strong foundation to expand and cultivate client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Business Development: Prospect and secure new business by identifying potential clients and introducing them to our advertising solutions.
  • Customized Advertising Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored advertising campaigns that deliver results.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of advertising campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and events.
