An AmLaw law firm in Costa Mesa is seeking a litigation secretary to join the product liability/commercial litigation team.


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of civil litigation (no exceptions)
  • experience in commercial litigation
  • experience preparing for trial
  • experience eFiling in state and federal courts
  • experience formatting pleadings
  • experience supporting a partner & associate(s)

^ The firm cannot train on these things. If you are not confident in them, you will not be set up for success. Pay is contingent upon fluency with the skills above, as well as caliber of firms worked at, and stability on the resume.


Nice-to-haves:

  • experience docketing
  • experience in product liability litigation
  • experience with NetDocs


We have placed multiple legal secretaries at this firm who love their jobs They receive excellent mentorship and training, and get to work on interesting cases


The litigation secretary must be able to commute on-site in Costa Mesa 5 days/week, at least to start.
