Description:


The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.


Main responsibilities:


• Managing contract lifecycle management for following types of contracts:

o Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)

o Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)

o Clinical Consulting Agreements

o Scientific Collaboration Agreements

o Other contracts as identified, as needed

• Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:

o Drafting and negotiation of contract terms

o Compliance with process requirements

o Fair market value assessment

o Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contacts within company systems

• Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts

• Partnering with business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
