Job Description

At Ncontracts, we're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer and competitive trends to inform product messaging and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points to inform product roadmap prioritization and messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement activities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product marketing and customer intelligence, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in key customer interactions, including partnership events and Ncontracts user conferences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data to tell a compelling story.
  • Great listening skills and a passion for serving and understanding customers.
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field.

Compensation Information:

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
