  • Strong Verbal communication and Technical documentation Skills
  • Basic understanding of Corporate Support / processes, such as Inventory, Laptop Imaging, VIP Support, Conference Room Support
  • Experience in Install, Configure and Maintain Corporate End Users PC and Laptops
  • Troubleshooting Knowledge in MAC, iPad Devices
  • Experience in Handling printers and other peripheral devices
  • Experience in Providing first and second tier support for technical matters within the Corporate Support and across the Enterprise while managing third tier support escalations as needed.
  • Experience in planning for the installation and implementation of new systems, services, applications, and processes.
  • Experience in Windows 10 Migration Projects
  • Experience in handling multiple with internal support teams and application vendors.
  • Experience in Performing preventative maintenance activity
  • Experience in troubleshoot problems across multiple systems providing supporting evidence of root cause and recommended remediation.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors for onsite and offsite equipment repairs, quality control of work performed, and coordination of outage windows between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience and technical aptitude managing and maintaining full Windows environments.
