Strong Verbal communication andTechnical documentation Skills
Basic understanding of CorporateSupport / processes, such as Inventory, Laptop Imaging, VIP Support,Conference Room Support
Experience in Install, Configureand Maintain Corporate End Users PC and Laptops
Troubleshooting Knowledge in MAC,iPad Devices
Experience in Handling printers andother peripheral devices
Experience in Providing first andsecond tier support for technical matters within the Corporate Support andacross the Enterprise while managing third tier support escalations asneeded.
Experience in planning for theinstallation and implementation of new systems, services, applications,and processes.
Experience in Windows 10Migration Projects
Experience in handling multiple with internal support teamsand application vendors.
Experience in Performing preventative maintenance activity

Experience in troubleshootproblems across multiple systems providing supporting evidence of rootcause and recommended remediation.
Experience working with 3rd partyvendors for onsite and offsite equipment repairs, quality control of workperformed, and coordination of outage windows between multiple internaland external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience and technical aptitude managingand maintaining full Windows environments.
