The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  2. Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
  3. Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
  4. Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system
  5. Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
  6. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  7. Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  8. Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages
  9. Maintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

  3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programs
  4. Basic mathematical knowledge
  5. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (Requires clean driving record)
  6. Bi-lingual preferred

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:

  1. Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  2. Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers
  3. Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt position.

This position includes shift work which requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays. No experience necessary in Aviation.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications

  1. Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent
  3. Entry level position
  4. Ability to work evenings weekends, and holidays
  5. Acceptable driving record
  6. Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening

Customer Service Representative duties will rotate between front desk duties and cafe duties for atleast 1 week every month after training. You will be expected to learn and make a handful of drinks. You will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and menu items as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the cafe department.

Maintain a clean dining area, lobby and office space and drink bar throughout the day
