We are looking for experienced TPM candidates: 5 to 8 Yrs. Exp


The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.


Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

· 7+ years of working directly with engineering team experience.

· 3+ years of software development experience

· 3 + years of experience working as a proxy for the product owner role.

· 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering team experience.

· 3+Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

· 5+ Years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.

· 5 + Years of Background in service service-oriented architecture implementation along with program delivery experience.

· Self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity, and working well under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints.

· High degree of competency within all phases of the program life cycle.

What you will do:


· Own the delivery of features and programs from end to end.

· Develop a cohesive plan across the company to deliver your programs.

· Be the point of communication for your program's status to a broad audience from executives to engineers.

· Working closely with the development leads to ensure features are delivered.

· Ensure our Program Management process is followed and improved.


Preferred Qualifications


· Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.

· Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

· Scrum Master Certification is a plus.

· Minimum BS Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
