About the Job:

As an Administrative Assistant within the Operational Excellence team, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team and supporting the work to drive continuous improvement and quality throughout the organization. Your responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive administrative support to the Operational Excellence Team, the Vice President of Operational Excellence, and the Chief Quality Officers as well as supporting key committee structures. You will be instrumental in coordinating office operations, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence, all while embodying lean leadership principles and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Your dedication to excellence and proactive approach will contribute significantly to our pursuit of operational excellence and the achievement of our strategic goals.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and oversee the executive office, including calendar scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Facilitate onboarding for new team members
  • Coordinate all office communications with discretion and confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support, including typing, transcribing, project management, and confidential assignments
  • Collaborate with the executive assistant team and provide project support as needed
  • Respond to colleague complaints, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Manage onboarding plans and scheduling for new hires including office equipment ordering, set up and access support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, Required.
  • 5 years of experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment with multi-tasking, Required
