Position Overview


In this position, the employee will be responsible for coordinating training events and maintaining the Learning Management System in a highly technical and regulated manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

• Maintain training data and records within the Learning Management System

• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information

• Assists regulatory inspections by providing training records and information related to training processes.

• Assists in the needs analysis, design and development, implementation and evaluation of complex technical training activities for employees and customers.

• Assists in the facilitation of individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers.

• Assists in the development of training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures

• Guides the monitoring of effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials.

• Partners with Subject Matter Experts to develop technical training materials that meet all regulatory requirements following the ADDIE training model.

• Works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PET manufacturing facilities to successfully implement strategic initiatives.

• Monitors and maintains Learning Management System utilized by Siemens USA.


Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• AA,BA/BS in Education, Training, HR or related field

• Experience coordinating multiple training events

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.

• Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Experience with the SABA Learning Management System but will train an otherwise well-qualified candidate.
